Description: Print the page, decorate, and fold in half lengthwise. Cut from fold along dotted lines. Fold edges back lightly to crease, then straighten. Roll into cylinder with the short ends overlapping and glue or tape together. When you push the ends toward each other the strips should bend outward. You can add a string, cord or paper hand to hang your lantern up.
