125 grams butter
¾ cup sugar
Vanilla to taste
1 egg
2 cups self-raising flour
Favourite jam

Baking trays
- Pre-heat oven to 160 degrees.
- Cream butter and sugar then add the vanilla and egg.
- Stir in flour. The mixture will become stiff.
- Roll into balls and place on baking trays.
- Poke a hole in the top of the ball; this creates a “crater” to
fill with jam.
- Add jam to the hole.
- Bake in oven for approximately 20 minutes.
